Dr. Guillermo Galeote

I am Dr. Guillermo Galeote, Clinical Cardiologist and Interventional Cardiologist at UICAR.

I have currently been practicing Cardiology for 22 years, as a Clinician I have extensive experience in hospitalized patients, critical patients in Coronary Units and outpatients in Consultations. 

In addition, I have been practicing Interventional Cardiology for 23 years, being an expert in simple and complex percutaneous coronary interventions (calcified lesions, bifurcation lesions, occlusions, left main trunk), mitral and aortic valvuloplasty, left appendage closure, percutaneous aortic prosthesis implantation, mitral repair with mitraclip, etc.

I am a Doctor of Medicine from the UAM and a teaching collaborator at this university, I also have extensive research experience.

What I like most is direct contact with the patient and helping them solve their problems, the rest is secondary for me.
