Our cardiovascular risk unit is dedicated to the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. These diseases are caused by risk factors such as high cholesterol, high blood pressure, smoking, diabetes and obesity.
The unit works to identify and address all of these factors to reduce the risk of serious cardiovascular events such as heart attack and stroke.

It is a medical unit that is committed to providing comprehensive and personalized care for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
This is done with a joint cardiology and nutrition consultation, since nutrition plays a fundamental role in the prevention and treatment of all cardiovascular diseases.
Our goal is to improve the health and quality of life of our patients through a proactive, evidence-based approach.
- Cardiological assessment with clinical assessment of cardiovascular risk (performed in electrocardiogram and echocardiogram).
- Request for tests to better stratify cardiovascular risk (calcium score, coronary CT, Holter-ECG, ergometry, analysis)
- Nutritional assessment
- Body composition assessment (bioimpedance)
- Personalized diet based on objectives and cardiovascular risk.
- Review of associated biomarkers
- Prescription of physical exercise when required.
