Dr. María Beltrán Moreno

I am Dr. María Beltrán Moreno, clinical cardiologist and current fellow of the Hemodynamics and Interventional Cardiology Unit.
I graduated in Medicine from the University of Seville and have dedicated the last 5 years of my life to specializing in Cardiology at the Cáceres University Complex. There I discovered my passion for Interventional Cardiology, which is currently my fundamental activity at UICAR.
Our fundamental objective as a team is to give patients the best possible treatment, through individualized attention to each case by all the professionals that make up the unit. We accompany you throughout the entire process of cardiovascular disease, in its different stages, trying to make it as easy as possible.
The diagnosis is usually made in our consultations, where we will offer patients and families all the information necessary to understand and face the different cardiac pathologies. We will also perform different tests aimed at clarifying the origin and severity of the pathology, and the different treatment possibilities will be considered.
Our subspecialty, interventional cardiology, is primarily aimed at treating patients with coronary heart disease and certain areas of structural heart disease. To achieve this, in our hemodynamics rooms we perform all types of innovative procedures and techniques with the best materials at our disposal to offer our patients effective and safe solutions.
We subsequently carry out appropriate follow-up on each patient to resolve any problem or doubt that may arise, our goal being to offer support that is as personalized and close as possible.
