The initiative, led by Dr. Domingo Marzal, will offer a weekly review of the most outstanding studies published in the 31 most important cardiology and cardiovascular medicine journals in the world.
The Comprehensive Cardiology Unit has launched Cardio al dIA , a new section of its website designed to facilitate access for healthcare professionals to the most relevant scientific evidence in cardiology and cardiovascular medicine.
Under the direction of Dr. Domingo Marzal , who is leading this initiative, Cardio al dIA will publish a weekly review of the international scientific literature after analyzing articles from the 31 highest-impact cardiology and cardiovascular medicine journals worldwide . From this comprehensive analysis, studies with the highest methodological quality, clinical relevance, and potential to influence clinical practice will be selected.
In a context where hundreds of research studies are published every week, this new tool was created with the aim of simplifying access to the most important information, allowing professionals to stay up-to-date quickly, rigorously and efficiently.
"The scientific output in cardiology is enormous, and it's very difficult to keep up with the publication rate of all the leading journals. With Cardio al dIA, we want to offer a rigorous selection of the studies that truly add value to clinical practice, providing professionals with continuous updates based on the best available evidence," explains Dr. Domingo Marzal , head of the section.
For his part, Dr. Roberto Martín Reyes , head of the Comprehensive Cardiology Unit Department, emphasizes that this initiative is part of the center's commitment to excellence in care and continuing education.
“ Cardio al dIA represents our commitment to bringing the highest quality scientific knowledge to healthcare professionals. We want this new section to become a useful and essential tool for all those who want to stay up-to-date on the most relevant advances in cardiology without having to spend hours reviewing dozens of scientific publications,” says Dr. Martín Reyes.
With this launch, the Comprehensive Cardiology Unit reinforces its commitment to innovation, continuing medical education and the dissemination of scientific knowledge, offering a resource that combines rigor, up-to-dateness and practical utility for cardiologists, internists, primary care physicians and other professionals involved in the care of cardiovascular patients.
The first editions of Cardio al dIA are now available on the website of the Comprehensive Cardiology Unit , where new reviews with the most relevant studies in current cardiovascular science will be added every week.
