La Comprehensive Cardiology Unit (UICAR) of the La Luz University Hospital, under the direction of the doctor Roberto Martin Reyes, has reaffirmed its leadership position in the field of Cardiology in the private healthcare of our country. In the ninth edition of Merco Health Reputation Monitor 2023, the UICAR has once again stood out by placing itself among the best Cardiology services in Spain.
In this latest evaluation, the UICAR has positioned itself in the top 10 of Cardiology services throughout Spaina, both in public and private hospitals, consolidating its reputation and excellence in cardiovascular care. This achievement stands out even more as it is the first Cardiology service of the Quironsalud group in rating, occupying 10th position in the general classification.
El Merco Health Reputation Monitor, a benchmark in the evaluation of the quality and prestige of health services in Spain, has carried out an exhaustive evaluation process. Nearly 8.000 surveys were conducted with health professionals, including doctors, nurses, patient associations, health journalists, hospital managers, nursing managers, members of the public health administration, hospital pharmacy managers and company directors.
In addition to the surveys, more than 3.200 quality and care performance indicators were evaluated for hospitals and more than 3.600 for clinical services, providing a complete view of excellence in medical care.
