Cardiac rehabilitation is a supervised medical program that seeks to improve the recovery of those who have suffered from heart diseases, such as heart attacks, angioplasties or bypass surgeries. Through structured sessions, it combines physical exercise, education on healthy habits and emotional support, with the aim of strengthening cardiovascular health and reducing the risk of future complications.

According to Dr. Teresa Alvarado, head of the Heart Failure Unit at La Luz University Hospital, this program reinforces our commitment to the cardiovascular health and well-being of our patients.
