I completed my training as a cardiologist at the Ramón y Cajal University Hospital in Madrid, with a specific rotation at King's College Hospital in London focused on Advanced Cardiac Imaging and Interventionism and the Valvulopathies Unit. Later I trained in advanced cardiac imaging (including cardiac CT) at HM Montepríncipe and the Ramón y Cajal Hospital. In the last 5 years I have been part of the Cardiac Imaging and Valvulopathies Unit of the Hospital del 12 de Octubre in Madrid with full dedication in this field.

I am currently the head of the Valvular Heart Disease Unit at UICAR and a member of the Cardiac Imaging Unit, which specializes in advanced imaging techniques. The evaluation of patients with valvular heart disease is often complex, and early detection and timely treatment are crucial for improving the prognosis.
