The Spanish Heart Foundation (FEC) has celebrated the 3rd Edition of the imPULSO Cardiovascular Health Awards , an initiative that recognizes the work of companies, hospitals, schools, patient associations and administrations in the promotion of healthy lifestyle habits and the prevention of cardiovascular diseases.
In this edition, the Comprehensive Cardiology Unit (UICAR) was awarded the SME Prize in the category of projects focused on health promotion and cardiovascular prevention. The award was accepted by Roberto Martín Reyes , head of the UICAR department.
The imPULSO Cardiovascular Health Awards allow each organization to submit as many projects as it considers, provided they have been developed in Spain. Through this, the FEC seeks to highlight initiatives that actively contribute to improving the heart health of the population.
The Comprehensive Cardiology Unit project has stood out for its impact on cardiovascular prevention and its commitment to improving community well-being. This award reinforces the unit's role as a leader in implementing innovative health programs.
