This coming Tuesday the 19th, the IV Transcontinental Cardiology Meeting will be held in the conference room of the Hospital La Luz, where cardiologists from the Hospital La Luz , the Ricardo Palma Clinic of Lima and the Medellín Clinic of Colombia of the Quirónsalud Group will participate.
The Head of the Clinical and Interventional Cardiology Service at La Luz Hospital, Dr. Roberto Martín Reyes , and Dr. Palazuelos Molinero , from the same health center, pioneers of this initiative, are organizing this fourth edition which will be broadcast via streaming, with their counterparts in Peru and Colombia.
Clinical cases and a review of the literature on mesenteric thrombosis (or embolism) in patients with End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) and Atrial Fibrillation (AF) will be discussed by specialists from the Ricardo Palma Clinic.
Cardiologists from the Medellín Clinic will address intervention cases of chronic total occlusion of the coronary artery.
Doctors Roberto Martín Reyes and Jorge Palazuelos , from Hospital La Luz, will present on the percutaneous closure of ostium primum atrial septal defects (ASDs). Numerous medical specialists are expected to attend this scientific conference, which sees increasing participation from hospitals within the Quirónsalud Group.
