On Thursday, November 24 at 16.00:XNUMX p.m. The First Update Conference on Cardio-Oncology will be held at the La Luz Hospital. Organized by the Cardiology and Medical Oncology services of the hospital center, prestigious doctors from hospitals in Madrid will participate.
The different types of cardiotoxicity, their diagnostic management and therapeutic options will be defined , as well as the role of cardiac rehabilitation in the prevention of cardiovascular complications in cancer patients, and the heart-healthy lifestyle habits in cancer patients and the management of thrombotic risk in this type of patient.
Cardiologists such as doctors Luis Calvo Orbe, director of the Cardiovascular Prevention area of the Hospital La Luz, José Luis López-Sendón, head of the Cardiology service at the La Paz University Hospital, Abraham López and Diego Alcaraz, assistant physicians of the Cardiology service of the Hospital La Luz, will participate. Hospital La Luz, Roberto Martín Reyes head of the Department of Cardiology at Hospital La Luz, Hospital Quirónsalud Sur, Hospital Quirónsalud Toledo and Hospital Quirónsalud Valle del Henares in Torrejón de Ardoz.
